[About Brachiosaurus] The largest creatures that once walked the earth were sauropods the largest group of dinosaurs. Among them the Brachiosaurus is one of the largest reaching a length of 25 meters and a weight of 80 tons. They lived in what is now East Africa and North America from the Late Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous 150 to 130 million years ago. It is said that their long necks were used to eat tall plants and they walked on sturdy legs that supported their large bodies. We also know that they lived in groups. In the ancient world it would have been a magnificent sight to see dozens of gigantic creatures moving leisurely.
[Model details] This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces Brachiosaurus which was one of the heaviest sauropods.
